eBay Instant Sale Offers Up to $475 for Your Old iPad

If you need a little extra cash to buy that new iPad, eBay wants to take your old one off your hands.

The site is offering competitive Instant Sale pricing for the iPad 2, as well as several other popular tablets such as the Kindle Fire, Motorola Xoom and Galaxy Tab 10.1.

Current Instant Sale pricing for the the iPad 2 is a little higher than what you’ll see on other sites. A fully-functional 16GB WiFi iPad 2 will fetch $290, with the 32GB version earning you $340, and the 64GB edition garnering a whopping $420. Add 3G into the mix and you’re looking at $355 for the 16GB version, $380 for the 32GB version, and a respectable $475 for a 64GB AT&T tablet.

As with other iPad 2 trade-in programs, eBay asks you to describe the condition of your device and then sends you a shipping label to use to send your tablet in. The program is essentially you selling your tablet to a buyer on the site — but in this case the buyer is always AllTechWholesale.

Once your tablet is received it is inspected. If everything is up to snuff, you’re sent a PayPal payment for your device within 5 business days.
